San Marco

Be sure to visit San Marco, a quaint walkable neighborhood located five minutes south of Downtown Jacksonville, with plenty of boutiques and antique shopping. Stop by Peterbrooke Chocolatier and get a free sample of their homemade chocolate-covered popcorn, their signature snack. The San Marco Bookstore is another local favorite, where you can find an assortment of collectible and rare books. Treasures from the past can be found at Rusted off San Marco Blvd. For the latest fashion trends, stop by Rosie True, The Snob, or Heyday. Come back for dinner, the San Marco Dining District features some of the best chefs in the city, try Matthew's, TAVERNA or Bistro AIX.

Avondale

Stroll the oak-lined avenues of historic Avondale, one of the nation’s largest National Register of Historic Districts. A variety of specialty boutiques, fine galleries, and gourmet eateries cater to the upscale shopper. Southside

Avonlea Antiques and Design Mall on the Southside is a must-see for antique enthusiasts, with a 40,000 square foot showroom featuring more than 200 dealers Avonlea Antiques offers a selection of antique furniture, glassware, china, linens, artwork, collectibles, and home accessories. There’s even a cafe inside the antique mall.

Beaches Town Center

Quaint and full of local charm, that is the best way to describe this stretch of locally owned restaurants and boutique stores in Atlantic Beach. Just one block from the ocean, enjoy local seafood, great drinks, coffee stores, and even surf and paddleboard rentals.
