Usage
Package size: 150g
Form: Powder
Flavor: Fresh Guava (some say it tastes like watermelon)
Add the content of one sachet (5g) of powder in a glass.
Pour in 150 ml room temperature water. Stir until powder is completely dissolved.

My Personal Opinion
If you are looking for help on controlling your blood sugar while also having a carbohydrate heavy meal, then this drink can do the trick. It has a delicious fruity Guava taste. I found that feeling of sleepness after a big meal, is not there. I have more energy to get up and go.
