This is a very good question. This is not standard written English. In written English the contracted form is not usually used on a compound subject (Amy and I) and this would be considered incorrect.
In spoken English, or conversational "verbal writing" it could be acceptable as a colloquial form.

Grazie. Volevo proprio sapere se quando ci sono più nomi (ex. "Amy and I... - Tony and Adam..") posso usare la forma contratta. Ora è tutto più chiaro.

@anto6 "have got a" is extremely common in US English, including the form with the contraction. It *is* correct, and again, widespread, just not preferred. It's definitely colloquial since it's not encouraged in any level school. You would encourage you to say and write, "Amy and I have a house" or something like, "Amy and I bought a house."
And yes, you can still use the form when listening more people:
Mary, Amy, Jake and I have got a house down that street over there.
